Our Story
For decades, housing development has focused on the extremes — sprawling suburban subdivisions on one end and dense apartment complexes on the other. This has left a significant gap in the availability of other housing types like duplexes, townhomes, courtyard developments, and mixed-use projects that provide attainable, community-oriented living.

Pietra Properties was founded in response to this imbalance. What began as a political and personal drive for housing policy reform to address this need evolved into a mission-driven development firm committed to delivering the kinds of homes that cities need and people want — practical, beautiful, and economical.
